Plowing of Snow
- It shall be unlawful to plow snow across town roads or to deposit snow in town roads.
- Violation of this ordinance will result in a fine of not less than $20.00 and not more than $100.00.
Snow Removal Mailbox Accidents
It is the policy of the Town of Henniker to respond to incidents wherein residents mailboxes are impacted/destroyed by town snow plows during normal winter road maintenance.
In the event an incident has occured, and it can be shown to be a result of the Town of Henniker, the town will reimburse the resident for the cost to replace said mailbox and wooden post up to a cost not to exceed $40.00.
The owner shall be responsible for the re-erection of the mailbox.
